"Current Affairs" course

Start: Thu 12 Jan 2017, 10.30am-12.30pm, Central United Reformed Church, 60 Norfolk St. S1 2JB

A discussion course looking at social, environmental, political and ethical issues, UK and world-wide. Topics to be agreed with the class. Runs for 11 weeks from 12th January, last meeting 6th April, with no meetings 23rd February (half-term) and March 2nd. A Workers' Educational Association (WEA) course. Enrolment is for the full term. Fees for 11 weeks £73, or FREE if on means-tested state benefits, or Working Tax Credit with income under £15,276. Limited places available on the day. The course needs a minimum number of 12 participants in order to run, maximum 16. The best way to guarantee a place is to enrol in advance online at WEA or by phone 0113 2453304.
