Learn a more mindful approach to cooking balanced and nutritious meals and to feel more aware of your energy levels. The retreat covers wholefood ingredients and plant-based cooking demos and workshops, foraging and preparing edible wild plants, open fire cooking techniques, optional yin yoga / barefoot running or walking, gong bath, morning Dō-in and dry body scrub routine for an energising start time for yourself to unwind in the natural surroundings.
