Events for Thursday, continuing the Migration Matters Festival.To Walk in Your Shoes, an exhibition by Rachael Munro-Fawcett continues 10.30am-6pm.10.30am-6pm, The Art of Migration Exhibition, featuring Siamak Foroutan (ceramics), Rosanna Jael Gammon (textile) and Ayse Balko (installation). New work from 3 regional artists with migration and refugee backgrounds, commissioned by Arts on the Run.11am to 2.30pm, Sharing Skills Celebration, by Together Women & Fusion. A women-only celebration of talent & skills.3pm-5pm, The Art of Migration Showcase, featuring Bashar Farhat (poet), Mina Salama (musician/composer) + Angelina Abel (dancer). Performances from a vibrant mix of talented regional artists with migration and refugee backgrounds. Commissioned by Arts on the Run.7.30pm, A Feminist Arts Event, by Verse Matters. Matters of verse. Verse that matters.Part of Refugee Week, celebrating sanctuary in Sheffield, which was the UK's first City of Sanctuary. A partnership between Theatre Delicatessen and University of Sheffield supported by Arts Council England. All events are "Pay What You Decide".
