Wildflower and Plant ID for Tortoise Owners

A fully qualified herbalist will guide tortoise owners through the identification of approx 20 common wildflowers and plants which can be eaten safely by their pets (as they would eat in the wild and help to save owners a fortune!). The workshop will consist of a classroom session with an introduction by Helen Smith of The Tortoise Table, showing examples of plants and a walk around the Farm to identify plants. It will also cover dangerous and commonly confused specimens. Session includes a handout to take away.Tickets £10 per person (raising funds for the Farm with a donation going to The Tortoise Table, a volunteer led tortoise welfare group); they can be booked in person at the Farm or online via the Eventbrite link on the Farm website under the courses tab.
