David Garlovsky, US-born campaigner, long experienced in Sheffield as an activist and teacher of alternative technologies, demystifies energy use, efficiency and fuel-saving. Guides on energy and cost saving will be available. Special sessions will cover causes of feeling cold, drying clothes with limited ventialtion, radiator layout, air exchange, insulation, in-home renewable energy, green tax/levies, fuel bills and responsibilities of energy suppliers, and various tips including low-cost/no-cost fuels.Part of the National Science and Engineering Week and Sheffield Festival of Science and Engineering.
