How to build computers and install ethical open source software

Wed 5 Feb 2014, 1pm-3pm, 35 Chapel Walk, S1 2PD

Learn how anyone can extend the life of a PC by installing free, ethical "open source" software. Better, safer, more stable than Microsoft - and no more problems with viruses. Free entry, booking not necessary. Part of the week of external "pop-up" activities by Access Space, the local walk-in centre for support with open source computing. The Chapel Walk space will be open 10.30am-5.30pm with more than ninety artworks on display, and designs and commercialised products made by participants in Sheffield.
