Road Show: Making Human Rights Happen

The British Institute of Human Rights national Human Rights Tour reaches Sheffield. It is covering 16 Rights in 16 Cities in 16 Weeks from September to December 2011. The sessions celebrate the Human Rights Act, look at how human rights relate to the Coalition government plans, and address human rights issues both nationally and specifically to the region. This road show is funded by the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) and will include specific information on the Community Project, input from official partner English Regions Equality Network (EREN), and presentations from participating pilot organisations.Places are limited, booking in advance only.
