Art in the Park is a community environmental arts organisation to inspire people and strengthen communities. Established in 2003 by local artists for creative activities and regeneration, it now extends to open-access art events in green spaces around the whole of Sheffield. They welcome volunteers and community artists to develop different skills and confidence, giving opportunities for creative play for both adults and children. A great forum for people to interact with different members of the community and their everyday environment.

Organic and ethical clothes shop for men, women and children. Open Tues.-Sun. 10am-4.30pm (The Courtyard, 10 Castleton Road, Hope. Tel. 01433 623113).
They also run a home shop (Bank House, Market Place, Hope. Tel. 01433 621280) for eco-friendly paints, organic bedlinen and towelling, non-toxic bodycare and cleaning products, gifts and accessories for the sustainable home.

SDAF is a charitable company working to combat domestic abuse. Membership of the Forum is free, and open to any agency or individual whose work - paid or unpaid - brings them into contact with domestic abuse.
